Andrea Peterson

Social Media and Analytics Editor

Andrea Peterson is the Social Media and Analytics Editor at American Progress. She maintains CAP’s Facebook and Twitter pages, analyzes metrics regarding CAP’s online presence, and does outreach to the blogosphere.

Andrea has a dual degree in political science and East Asian languages and cultures from the University of Kansas, where she was an active member of the progressive community and student government. Prior to joining CAP, she worked as part of U.S. Representative Dennis Moore’s (D-KS) constituent services team, on Raj Goyle’s congressional campaign (D-KS), and in new media with the Women’s Campaign Forum.
