Speaking to the Economic Concerns of the Middle Class

May 10, 2010, 12:00pm – 1:30pm

About This Event

Please join the Center for American Progress Action Fund and Citizen Opinion for the first of a series of events, analyses, and polling data tracking feelings toward the economy as a whole, as well as real economic indicators such as job losses and stagnant wages.

This event launches the "Economy Project," a collaboration between these organizations that will reveal how the hardest hit in this economy are faring and if they believe relief is in sight. In particular, the polling will demonstrate how demographic groups including African Americans, Hispanics, women, and youth are experiencing the Great Recession and the nascent recovery of the job market.
